The first place to start is to try out one of our free intro classes. This class consists of a short workout that would replicate a workout done in one of our classes so you truly get a good feel for what CrossFit is. After the workout we then explain from start to finish how CrossFit started and where it is today. We also go over the science behind CrossFit and why it works so well. From there we answer any questions you might have (Including membership pricing and options).
Our fundamentals program is the next step in the process of getting started. This is a 4 class package where you learn the roots of CrossFit from the lingo to fundamental movements that are important in CrossFit. Each Fundamentals class starts with technique work and ends with a workout using the movements you learned. From start to finish the movements get a little more involved in technique which appropriately on ramps the intensity as well.
In order to instill safety the fundamental package is mandatory if new to CrossFit.
