Why our kids program?
Our Program is here to inspire kids to develop a lifelong love of fitness.
Through CrossFit Kids, your child will develop qualities like trust, cohesion, self-accountability, and confidence. Our program will use age-appropriate skills, challenges, and equipment to improve coordination, balance, agility, flexibility, and endurance through constantly varied workouts, all while having FUN.
It’s more than just exercise, it’s teaching kids how to make good decisions now in their fitness and nutritional choices that will help create positive habits as they grow and develop while getting kids to LOVE exercise.
Our CrossFit Kids Program is for children ages 6-10 years. Sessions are typically on an 8-week cycle.
