Meet Natalie Brenner, Licensed Massage Therapist. 

Natalie is a graduate of the American Massage and Bodywork Institute.  Prior to this she was a personal trainer for six-years.  She now combines her talents and works to get people out of pain and moving better! 


When should you get a massage?

  • Before an Athletic Activity. From playing with the kids to doing the Workout of the Day.
  • After an Activity or Exercise.
  • Restorative (for maintaining heath and wellbeing)
  • Rehabilitative (after an injury or operation)

20 minute massage ($40)- Focused, detailed work to address one body region. 

60 minute massage ($90) - A more comprehensive massage session that covers the entire body. Great for injury prevention and overall body maintenance in between regular trainings.
