CrossFit Group Class
A dynamic hour-long group fitness class for all. Your coach will lead you through a group warm-up, skill work, and the workout of the day. If you are consistently attending group CrossFit classes you will look better, feel better, and have fun. The constantly varied programming is designed so that you will never get bored, and more importantly, never hit any plateaus. Fun, effective fitness!
Exercise is only part of the equation in achieving your health and fitness goals. Nutrition lays the foundation for true health and impacts not only how we look, but how we feel, think, and thrive with the absence of disease and illness. While general nutritional advice is straightforward and easily accessible, applying it and making it specific to your needs can be difficult. Losing weight, performing better, improving body composition, having more energy, and figuring out what foods actually work for YOU goes beyond just counting calories or following a meal plan. Our Nutrition coaches provide the tools and support you need to make simple changes that help you to build your nutrition foundation.
We offer personal training programs at our CrossFit gym for when you want a more individualized approach to your health and fitness goals. Our coaches will work with you to set and achieve goals specific to your needs be it to prepare for a competition, master a skill or just have more one-on-one time before joining the group setting. We encourage individuals of all skill levels and physical capabilities to participate in our 30- or 60-minute personal training program.
The majority of new athletes that join CrossFit Enforce have not had any experience with CrossFit. Our On-ramp program is designed to introduce you to the CrossFit methodology, the core CrossFit movements, and get you familiar with the CFE community at a slower more personalized pace. Our On-Ramp is a learning experience lasting between four to six one-hour sessions. After you complete the course, you’ll be ready to jump into any of our daily group classes and start moving safely, efficiently, and effectively.
