On Ramp / Introduction

In order to train hard, heavy and fast you have to first move well. Our On Ramp program will let you learn how to safely execute movements and lifts so that when you show up to class you will be prepared, less intimidated and less likely to be injured. You will have the chance to receive specific, personalized training and advice and develop a plan to meet your short- and long-term fitness goals. The program includes:

  • 1:1 Personal Coaching
  • 4×60 minute sessions
  • Learn all the CrossFit Basics
  • Meet our supportive community
