Why Do Olympic Weightlifting?


The magic and beauty of Weightlifting is that anyone can do it.

The program is a great opportunity for any athlete to get the benefits of explosive movements and to train hip and leg drive which are vital to the Olympic Lifts.  
We take your abilities, age, recovery, and weaknesses to best maximize training success with your snatch, clean, jerk, back squat, front squat, and pulling technique.  
This is an 8-week program meeting Tuesdays and Thursdays for 75-90 minutes.
