Ashley

Ashley moved to Maryland in 2022 with her husband, Anthony, and dog Nala.    Ashley was bitten by the CrossFit bug over 5 years ago. Ashley is no stranger to working hard in athletic pursuits and coaching others to reach their potential.  She was a member of the U21 Canadian National Field Hockey Team from 2010-17 and the Senior Women’s Indoor Canadian Women’s National Team (2016-2017).  While completing her undergraduate degree at the University of New Hampshire she played on the D1 Field Hockey team serving as team captain in 2017.   

She holds a Masters in Exercise and Sports Science from Smith college, USAFH Level II Coaching Credentials, was as an assistant coach at UNH and most recently was the Assistant Coach for the Lafayette College D1 Field Hockey team for the past two years. Ashley is CPR/AED certified.

Fun fact – Ashley is a twin and husband, Anthony…also a twin!!
