Ready to Feel Strong & Energized? Join our expert-led pre and postnatal exercise class designed to help new moms regain or maintain strength, energy, and confidence in a safe and supportive environment.
During each class we will prepare your body for movement with a gentle warm-up and mobility and then move into core and pelvic floor restoration exercises to rebuild strength in these areas. The class will include bodyweight and light resistance functional strength training along with some low impact cardio to boost endurance. Finally finishing with more stretching to reduce tension and promote recovery.
