About Leah

Leah moved to MoCo 16 years ago from Rochester, NY with her husband  and 3 daughters. Those years were busy with being involved with youth ministry at a local church and homeschooling and raising my girls. Running became her time to be alone!:) To push herself she ran a few half marathons and one full.  She has always enjoyed exercising and challenging herself, so when her husband took her to a CrossFit gym in 2018 it was love at first burpee! She loved the grit, hard work and community! Leah learned that she also loved to share her passion and learnings with others and help them accomplish more than they thought they could!  Leah is our proud CrossFit Legends coach and is CPR/AED certified.
