Quintin

Quintin grew up in Olney and went to Magruder High School. He went to the University of Maine earning a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management/Business Management while competing on the university’s D1 swim team. Quintin would join his brother and father at CFE starting in 2016 between his intensive swim training and when home from Maine.  He committed to CrossFit after “retiring” from his swim career in 2023 and moving back to Maryland.
