Shoulder strengthening and stability

Rich Kelly, DPT, shared several simple but so very effective exercises you can slip into a post-WOD session.  What do they all have in common besides working the shoulder?  You must keep that midline on the entire time.  The video shows three different exercises all using resistance bands – overhead press, pallof press and farmer carry. Rich works at Rehab 2 Perform , which has several locations near the gym.
